Privacy Policy

The customers' personal and professional information shared with us is treated with proper safety and security. Unbreakable protection software is used to avoid any data breach by any third party on the website. Additionally, we don’t use your data for any selling purpose. Therefore, you do not need to hesitate while share information with us.

Services Details

We provide a great range of services that are explained in detail below:

CV/Resume Writing: We will construct your resume from scratch, including the design and content. You will have to provide us with the details and specifications of your personal and professional skills and expertise.

Cover Letter Writing:We will write an excellent cover letter for you, aptly suitable for your field of work, to instantly impress the hiring managers.

LinkedIn Profile:We will provide you with your LinkedIn profile Content in an MS Word document. We will not make an account on the LinkedIn website/app – only the content mentioning your specifications will be provided, which you can copy and paste into your account.

CV/Resume Editing:We will edit the content of the CV/Resume. In the editing service, the template will not be modified or changed.

CV/Resume Revamp: We will make an entirely new resume for you with a new template and refined content based on your skills and personal data.

CV & Cover Letter Template

After confirming the CV writing or revamp order, we first provide the customers with a sample template and then proceed to work on the one the client selects. You can leave the template selection fully on us as we are pretty good at it, or make sure you carefully check the template and ask for changes only at that time. After the order's completion, no changes will be made to the template; only the content can be revised.

Professional Specifications

At the time of order placement, the customer must provide us with all the details and specifications regarding his personal and professional life, which he wants to add to the CV. After the completion of the order, it will not be our responsibility if any information is missing. Additionally, if the customer shares information to be added after the delivery of work, we reserve the right to ask for additional charges depending on the circumstances.

Order Delivery

Our order delivery forms include both the MS word file and PDF version. In case of any issue with the formatting due to the difference in Microsoft Office versions, we will not be responsible, and indeed, no refund claim will be accommodated.

Order Cancellation

We provide a full refund if you cancel your order. However, the customer needs to make sure that he cancels the order within the next 24 hours of order placement; otherwise, our writers will start working on it, and we will not refund the money.

Payment Procedure & Methods

The payments of the orders have to be made in advance through bank transfer, credit/debit card, or PayPal. Our payment methods are secure, and your bank account or card information cannot be accessed or saved by us.

Revision Policy

We provide unlimited revisions in the content of the CV, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile data. The period to avail the revisions is one month after the order delivery. You must make sure to carefully go through the order delivered to you and ask for changes in the revision time only because, after one month, revisions will not be catered to as free.

Refund Policy

It is important that you carefully read and understand the refund policies in order to have full knowledge of the privileges and limitations governed by the Pro Resumes Writers Policies. We offer refunds only in special cases and specified conditions, detailed as under:

Pro Resumes Writers offers a 100% Refund on all its services, however, it is not an unconditional 100% refund and certain conditions still apply.

Pro Resumes Writers Refund Policy will be Void if;

  • You have chosen a special or a custom package.
  • You have demanded revisions beyond the initial concepts
  • The customer has not been contacted or irresponsive for more than 2 weeks without notice.
  • If the project is placed on hold upon customer request, the refund will be voided.
  • Company’s policies, or policy, have been violated.
  • The creative brief is lacking in required information from the client end.
  • Reasons such as ‘change of mind’, ‘disagreement with a partner, or other reasons that do not pertain to the service provided will not be subject to refund under any circumstances.
  • Once a client has accepted multiple sets of revisions (for any services), the refund will not be applicable.
  • The customer is entitled to 100% refund before our writers/ designers start working on the project.
